AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE # 6, SERIES 1991, REGARDING THE LOCATION AND

TIME OF THE REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commissioners of the City of Hurstbourne Acres,

Kentucky, have the authority pursuant to statute to enact Ordinances

relating to the City, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commissioners deem it necessary to change the

location of the meeting of the City Commission,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF HURSTBOURNE ACRES, KENTUCKY, THAT:

Section 1. The City Commission will, effective March, 9, 2006, meet the

second Thursday of each month, at 7:30 P.M., at the Jefferson County Fire

Protection District 14 Firehouse, 4318 Taylorsville Road, Louisville,

Kentucky 40220, at Nunnlea located at _1940 South Hurstbourne Lane_,

Louisville, Kentucky, 40220.

This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
