Tax Bills are mailed mid-June of each year for fiscal year July 1st - June 30th,
per ordinance and current ad valorem rate of 14 cents per $100.

The homestead / disability exemption is $33,700, and homeowners age 65 and older should contact the Property Valuation Administration at 574-6380 to take advantage of this discount.
