Tax Bills are mailed mid-June of each year for fiscal year July 1st - June 30th, per ordinance and current ad valorem rate of 16 cents per $100.

The homestead / disability exemption is $28,000, and homeowners age 65 and older should contact the Property Valuation Administration at 574-6380 to take advantage of this discount.
