Tax Bills are mailed mid-June of each year for fiscal year July 1st-June 30th, per ordinance and current ad Valorem rate of 14 cents per $100.  

The Homestead Exemption for 2021-2022 is $40,500.  To qualify for the Homestead Exemption a property owner must:

  • Be 65 years or older
  • Own and occupy the property as your primary residence on January 1 of the year in which you apply for the exemption.
